Mrs. Mullins was born November 27, 1939 in Salem, IN, the daughter of William Asbury and Helen Wyman Gasaway. She was a member of Bunker Hill Christian Church. She was retired from Child Craft in Salem and was a class of 1957 Salem High School graduate. Mrs. Mullins is survived by her husband of 59 years Charles D. Mullins, her son David Mullins (Sherry) of Vallonia, her daughter Angela Strasser (Fred) of Salem and two grandchildren, Keegan and Kinlin Mullins of Vallonia.
