Stupid girl up front who works late on Saturdays. Did not apply bag discount even after I asked. Terrible personality, terrible experience as usual.

I just left a Rochelle Park ascend dispensary. I went online and I ordered 2 eighths , and I was offered another one for a penny. It said when you arrive to the store have the cashier scan your QR code. The cashier was very nice. She was a thin white blond lady (a little older). I already forgot her name because I’m disappointed. The manager, a black lady with braids a (little older aswell) came out and said she was arguing all day with people regarding this and she said that I did not read the fine print (which was nowhere near where I purchased the product) then she said the promotions is for flower not popcorn. I told her I do not know the difference between the two, and they are all the same to me. She said No and immediately asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. I found that extremely rude and disrespectful basically saying we don’t need your business. Do you want me to cancel your order so you can go? her body language and tone screamed that. I was offended by the remark because I was just asking that they honor what I ordered online. This false promotion and false advertising needs to stop. I could’ve paid the extra $10 but because of the principal I didn’t. I still ended up buying one thing because I drove all the way there but I am definitely disappointed by the way that was handled and if you guys are going to advertise something, honor it - I promise you won’t go broke. Also have a conversation with your manager so she can approach situations with a more positive demeanor, and a more welcoming tone.Thank you

I was going to Rise but they are so slow. Ascend WAS good. You were able to use your debit card and they would charge you a few bucks over and give you the cash back. Now they figured they could be charging $3 per transaction so now they are just getting greedy. I’m no longer going there. Back to get it delivered from a friend. Just as good and half the price and no thieve fee of $3. Also today when I went around 1:45pm there was a girl with black curly hair. Just miserable. No smile no hello and had me standing like an idiot as she fiddled with some tip money. Do work with people if you are miserable. That really turned me off more than the $3 thing.

I love this place. The whole place was cool, clean, and the staff were incredible! Answered all of our questions with patience, and even offered their current deals. I am really impressed and can’t wait to go back.

Just started going here a few weeks ago and I am really impressed by Ascend. From the quality of the selection of products to the fantastic staff members. They are some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever worked with at a store. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.Another thing that impresses is how clean Ascend is. I've been in restaurants and doctors' offices that were nowhere near as clean. I'm definitely a customer for life. Thanks for helping a guy with chronic insomnia finally sleep!

Serves recreational out of state 21+ customers. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of kiosks, so I was able to take my time making a selection. The selection was good and prices were reasonable. Once ordered, the pickup/checkout line moved quickly.They want you to park in lot on the left, rather to the right infront of the store. There was plenty of parking. The only issue was leaving because the the street had a constant flow of cars making it difficult to pull out.

"Patients first" is pretty much a joke set up by the cannabis regulatory commission of this state, but this store brings it to a new level of "patients last" They have two registers for medical sales and atleast 15 registers set up for recreational only. They have a total of 10 parking spots for medical patients and I encountered one of the rudest non people persons I've ever encountered in a dispensary ever. Place is always overpriced, but their selection is bigger than rise. They look at the rise menu and everything that isn't avialable at rises paramus location gets the price jacked all the way up. I'm going to remember all of this when there are a lot of stores and prices are forced to be fair.

A 5 star hotel could never. Everyone was so helpful, so kind, so personable. You select you item at the kiosk and pick it up at the counter. And you’re done. That’s it and with the employees and overall positive atmosphere, I wanted to go back in just to chat. Thank you for such an incredible experience and I will definitely see you soon!

I'm so disappointed!! Gorgeous store and great people inside, BUT, my order was filled incorrectly (I was given a sample size instead of the full size product that I ordered) and I was charged for the full size product. I have called twice, been sent to voicemail both times, and I still have not received a call back. I don't live in the area so visiting the store is a non option. $35 down the drain... I want my money back!

David was extremely personable and helpful throughout our entire experience. He gave us some great recommendations and other staff members were just as welcoming and helpful. Line moved very quick and the online order experience was smooth and self explanatory.

Great product. Have been a customer since they opened. However this is the first time that the price (including tax) on my preorder was not the same as what I was charged when picking up my order (cash payment). The customer service is great, I don’t really have any complaints since I’ve always had great customer care. Just be prepared to be given a higher price in person.

It’s so sad how a new brand or strain is advertised as new , but the date on the package is 1 year old. You try and call the store to speak with a manager, and get forwarded to voicemail every time. How convenient. Not my first bad experience here either. Do yourself a favor and go to rise. Much better service and fresher meds.

I am having an issue with 2 of of your products and I have called 3 times, left detailed messages and no one has bothered to call me back!! Seriously ??!! One call would have made this a 5 star rating

Marcella from ascend in Rochelle park is an outstanding employee she helped me so much! Def recommend askin for her when goin in to buy! She always helps get yu the best deals and Mike D the manager was even more amazing . He helped me figure out my issue with my points and gave me a discount ! Awesome awesome awesome experience

Customer service from the associates is amazing. However, whenever a manager is needed I always receive awful service. Managers are rude and don’t respond when I ask questions. I have always seen new faces when walking in, so it seems they can’t keep any of their employees for the long run. Recommendations are also awful, as only a select few of their staff know anything about each strains effects. I always see cops and a woman staring down on the crowd when I go in as well, and to be honest, it’s quite intimidating. I don’t need ascends eyes on my every move.

Most of my experiences here have been great but a few times I have had cashier #57221 and it’s literally every time the most awkward interaction. She has zero personality and is literally almost rude in her tone and demeanor. Next time I’ll pass and let someone else go to her because she’s lame.

Fast and incredible customer service. Line was moving efficiently despite the line being long didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes. Thanks to this lovely employee Ilene I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and she even recommended some products that she thought I would like and she did not disappoint. 10/10 satisfied customer!

I’ve been Coming here for the past year now, and I can only say positive bright things honestly. The staff is always welcoming. It’s a pleasure to have people still be so friendly and kind while executing their daily tasks- the strains are fire 🔥I started only buying pre rolls - now I go straight for the flower -they have deals too!! Check them out- good wide selections surely you’ll find what you’re looking for. Something for everyone -come one come all-plenty parking and spacious inside too!

Had a great experience chatting with the staff and they made me feel extremely comfortable. They had an enormous amount of product to choose from and gave me in depth advice on what to use for my crippling anxiety. I have found my new favorite spot to shop at, the customer service makes this spot 10/10, bar none.

I had an amazing experience here!! As someone who doesn’t know anything about this, I was super nervous and embarrassed to ask questions, but the kind gentlemen I spoke with was an ANGEL!! He was able to make my experience so great and even performed a tutorial on a pen I brought it. He really took the time to assure me I was in great hands and was literally just the sweetest person I’ve encountered in a super long time. I believe his name was BJ (could’ve said PJ but I was too shy to ask). I hope to visit again soon. 10/10 recommend this place!! (:

Lot of parking space. Always nicely stocked with lot of strains. I hadBittersweet, pre-roll. It was nice sealed - AS IT SHOULD BE!Its mostly sativa so its energizing.4* is because of the prices. I think 15-17$ per pre-roll, which is rolled by shakes and last trims even leaves is little bit off.Edit* and yes, people working there are super nice 👍🏻

Visited Ascend today for the first time and let me say, this facility is clean everyone who works here from the moment you drive in to the second you check out, is so friendly and attentive. I would so recommend! And of course the price for the quality of their product is top notch.

Ever since i first started arriving at Ascend i felt a warm yet future-y feel. I usually see Freddy at the front and have enjoyed his lovely service with a smile attitude. He remembers my name and is always so nice and funny! To end things, its short lines, lovely personalized service, and a lovely selection.

I just both 3 different flowers and barley you have a little over 3g in each . I just got robbed for almost 1.5g without a gun . Will never come back to this scam place again. You get charged for 3.5g but you'll get 3g instead. SCAMMERS

Ascend is the best dispensary I have experienced. From the friendly wave-in when turning into the lot, to the fast and friendly check-in to the counter reserved for medical patients, Ascend has got it going on!!! Experienced, patient, respectful and way cool are all the customer service reps. But a special shout out to Ms. Paulina. What a joy to deal with. Super sweet and knowledgeable, she guided me to some great choices I hadn't considered.Go to Ascend. You will find what you need, with people who get you.

Today was my first time going to Ascend. Everyone was so welcoming! I was greeted by a gentleman (I wish I knew his name) who walked me through the entire process and even made some great recs. Wait time is super minimal and your faced with friendly cashiers. My cashier was Niko & he was wonderful. Even made some recs for my next visit! Overall great experience.

This place is always such a joy to shop in. It's super easy to get in and out, the order ahead featuring makes it even quicker, and most importantly they have a FANTASTIC staff working for them. Everyone is always in a good mood, super friendly, and extremely helpful. Our cashier today was Evan and he was great but every previous person we've dealt with has been an absolute pleasure. Great shopping experience as always.

Visited the store in Rochelle park for an order pick up and as a first timer was alittle apprehensive and didn’t know what to expect..the atomosphere in the store was pleasant and very welcoming. I was rang out by Vinny and as we were talking about the item I had ordered he realized I had ordered something for the nighttime and I really needed something to give me energy for the daytime. He was very knowledgeable and I must say made me feel more at ease for my first time. I enjoyed both products and will definitely be visiting again soon and hoping Vinny will be there for another recommendation.

Went down to Ascend Rochelle park the other day and had a pleasant experience. Was helped by Gabe T (has to be their best employee). I don’t really know much but Gabe had a ton of knowledge and really took the time to explain each of the different edibles I purchased. I tried what he said was his favorite and it was great. Beautiful store, good products, and excellent customer service. Thanks Gabe!

I have never felt so welcomed in another dispensary before, I have been going here for a little while now and the staff here, their incredible! I have so much appreciation for this dispensary and the amazing staff they have supporting it. I would recommend coming here any day any time. A+++ to this establishment right here for being so amazing!

Prices stink...but I'm sure once more places pop up that they will adjust (and likely loose what would be loyal customers if they didn't price gouge to begin with).Staff are super friendly though, and it was a pleasant experience from driving into the parking lot to leavinf. Especially Bunny who assisted me. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. :)Bring cash. I see other reviews about the charge for a debit card...but that seems to be the norm in other states.

Overall, it was cool to finally be able to purchase legally in NJ. The workers were super friendly and the place itself was neat. However, if you’ve been a buyer of your own source, stick to it for now. Prices at these places are way too high and the selection is limited, and has to be grown in state. I’ll probably start coming back to these places when the supply bumps up. Incomparable to Cali right now.

This facility is very well organized. There was no waiting. Every single person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. You go on the website put your order in and make an appointment to pick it up. You get there your parking is directed & controlled. Everyone guides you to where you need to go and everything is done very quickly There is no waiting. I highly recommend this facility.

This is why the black market will continue to be #1. Better quality bud for 30 an 1/8 on the black market. This place doesn't have the same quality for more than 100% mark up.They won't make projected sales tax because they are too greedy. The experience isn't worth the market up. I lived in CA. Been to Washington many times. Colorado once. All have better bud and prices than NJ. Once again Jersey is the best at being the worst. Good job
